Amazing lounge access!

Families will love it!

The room was amazing! it had all these cool gadgets like automatic curtains and wireless charging on both sides of the bed. That instant privacy glass between the bathroom and bedroom? Genius! Also, there was this free wine and beer hour at 5:30 which made the day even better.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly worth it given the experience.

The room provided a spacious and stylish environment, with plenty of comforts like a large bed and a great view of the nearby area. The hotel’s location, while not the busiest, offered a sense of seclusion that some might find appealing, allowing easy walking access to nearby attractions like the Galaxy Hotel.

Check-in was an exercise in patience, taking over 20 minutes due to an unclear backlog, which is pretty outdated for modern hospitality. The blanket felt overly thick for my liking, and while some may enjoy a full breakfast buffet, I would've preferred a simpler option to start my day.

Oh man, the grilled salmon at Urban Kitchen was off the charts! We also adored the personal touch from housekeeping with sweet notes left daily. Plus, the spacious Andaz suite was like a little paradise for our family! Lots of charging options and free drinks? Yes, please!

Not gonna lie, the check-in took a bit longer than expected, but the staff was super supportive. And let's just say, the soundproofing? Could use a little love. We were jolted awake by some buzzing noises from above but it didn't ruin our vibe.

great staff but check-in confusion

The staff made our stay remarkable. Jon Peralta from concierge was genuinely friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. My daughters lost their toy, and Irene was so patient in helping us track it down. The grilled salmon at Urban Kitchen really stood out. it was delicious and well-prepared.

I had a fantastic time during my stay, enjoying the quick access to the Eiffel Tower Experience at Parisian Macau, just about a 10-minute walk, as well as the proximity to beautiful parks like Cotai, perfect for a leisurely stroll. the complimentary soft drinks and snacks made me feel right at home too.
